I began my real estate career in 1990.  Having achieved three designations - Accredited Buyer  Representative, ABR; Certified Residential Specialist, CRS; and Graduate of REALTORS Institute, GRI - I feel that I am fully qualified to advise both Buyers and Sellers.

My two main objectives are to sell homes and get salable listings. To accomplish this, I use a carefully planned buying and selling agenda which is "above and beyond" the rest.
